For the location and age of the property, it is decent. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. They did really good preserving the charm of the old style houses but if you are looking for something more modern this place is not it.

Beautiful premises with lots of greenery in a scenic landscape. Amazing, spacious outdoor bathroom with huge bathtub, quality toiletries. Stylish room interior in traditional Chinese fashion. Nice, though small swimming pool.

The set up of the place in a nice garden well maintained the great pool. The general atmosphere and the dining place with nice furniture.

The owner staff were professional, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond for us during our 2-day visit. The food was delicious, the shower/tub was a bonus, and the air conditioning was cold My Family loved the location with water view and a big pool. Thank you, Dr. JimK

My partner and I spent a week at Terres Rouges over the Christmas holiday to get out of Phnom Penh & explore Ratanakiri. We were honestly blown away by the lodge - the room and grounds were stunning with a great view of the lake, the food and wine at the restaurant were excellent, and the service was amazing (even more impressive considering the fact that they were likely on a reduced staff due to COVID). The location was also great and the staff were super helpful in providing us a rental motorbike to get out and explore. Highly recommend a stay here!

I was looking something natural, traditional and appropriate for meditation. It has that. The gardens are beautiful, with spiritual places and the staff is a real family group. Location is excellent.
